No wall of legalese — here's the deal between you and Ultarc, written to be actually read.
Ultarc is a study tool: it estimates your level from your own answers, maps what you know, and helps you practice. It supports your studying — it doesn't replace your class, your teacher, or your own work, and we can't promise any particular grade or exam score.
You need an account so your progress saves. Keep your login to yourself and give us accurate information during onboarding — the personalization is only as good as what you tell us. You're responsible for activity on your account on your device.
Every account starts with a free week — no card needed yet. Paid plans ($6/mo standard, $12/mo more access) are shown for transparency; while payments are not yet switched on, nothing is charged and no card is collected. When billing launches, we'll ask clearly before anyone pays.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no attacking the site, no using AI Help to generate content unrelated to studying, and no impersonating other people. AI Help has usage caps so it stays fast and fair for everyone.
Practice questions and study materials are provided for your personal studying. Video lessons are embedded from YouTube and belong to their creators — we never copy or re-host them.
AI Help hints are generated by a language model. They're designed to nudge, not to hand over answers — and like any AI output, they can occasionally be imperfect. Check your own work.
Ultarc is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages from using the service. We may update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes will be posted here with a new date. If a term isn't enforceable, the rest still stands.
